  Wow. I loved their website and made an appointment to come and visit, prepared to hand over my credit card, but was met with such low enthusiasm. ("this place isn't for everyone; we don't have what other gyms have" etc). Such a blah encounter with a potential new member made me feel like they didn't want me or my money. Really weird. Maybe they're good with people's bodies, but not good at interacting and educating about what they do.
